We are excited to announce the upcoming Multiplier and Dissemination Workshop titled “Navigating AI: Building Competence in AI & Digital Skills for the Creative Industry”, which will take place on October 1st, 2025, at the XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam, Germany.
Organized by INI-Novation GmbH in cooperation with Budakov Films, the event will bring together experts, educators, and creative professionals to explore how artificial intelligence and creativity can evolve responsibly within the framework of the EU AI Act and ethical innovation.
What to Expect?
The workshop will focus on key topics such as:
- What the European AI Act means for creative industries and other sectors;
- How AI applications can ensure compliance with GDPR, ethics, and IP management;
- How interdisciplinary innovation can be effectively financed and scaled.
Distinguished speakers—including Prof. Dr. Petyo Budakov, Prof. Dr. Filipe de Castro Soeiro, Dr. Wolfgang Kniejski, and Mr. Alexandru Nistor—will share insights from academia, industry, and applied innovation, complemented by interactive discussions and networking opportunities.
This event is part of the Erasmus+ co-funded project “Navigating AI: Building Competence in AI & Digital Skills for the Creative Industry”, which aims to empower creative professionals with the knowledge and tools to apply AI responsibly and effectively.
