The VET4DATACOOPERATION project has officially started with a successful online kick-off meeting, bringing together all project partners from Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and North Macedonia. Coordinated by INI-Novation GmbH, the project aims to strengthen skills and capacities for trusted data sharing in the European manufacturing sector.
During the online meeting, partners introduced their organisations, aligned on the project objectives, and discussed the initial work plan and key activities. Special focus was placed on the development of a practice-oriented training programme that will support companies, VET providers, and innovation actors in understanding and implementing secure and value-driven data cooperation. The partners also reviewed the first steps related to the needs analysis, dissemination strategy, and the collection of good practices in data sharing ecosystems.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to establish a strong collaboration framework, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure a common understanding of the project’s goals and expected outcomes. Open communication channels and coordination mechanisms were also agreed upon to support efficient cooperation throughout the project duration.
As a next step, the consortium is looking forward to the upcoming face-to-face kick-off meeting, which will take place in Vienna. This in-person meeting will allow partners to deepen discussions, further refine the project activities, and strengthen collaboration through direct interaction.
Stay tuned for more updates as VET4DATACOOPERATION progresses towards enabling trusted data cooperation and supporting innovation in the manufacturing sector.
